UConn Connects is an academic recovery program offered by the Academic Achievement Center (AAC) and is designed to provide students with the skills and support they need to become academically successful. By actively participating in UConn Connects, students will be taking an important step towards learning strategies necessary to improve their academic status. Mentors play a vital role in guiding students through this process. Mentors meet weekly with their student(s) to develop an effective academic success plan, track progress and connect them to campus resources. We offer individual and group training for all new mentors. Apply today to be a UConn Connects Faculty/Staff Mentor!
