Ethan Rupp

Hi! My name is Ethan Rupp and I’m a senior that’s studying Psychology with minors in Political Science and Business Fundamentals here at the University of Connecticut. I was previously involved in the AAC through my work as a UConn Connects Mentor. Being a mentor here has reinforced my passion and desire to help others not only to achieve within an academic context, but to also understand themselves so that they can succeed outside of academics. Being able to work with students individually has helped me to better understand what an efficient leader looks like and how to go about helping students as one. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with the AAC in the spring semester as a mentor coach!
