Undergraduate students can apply to serve as UConn Connects Peer Mentors for a semester. Connects Peer Mentors assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals. UConn Connects is an academic intervention program, designed to provide students with the skills and support needed for long-term academic success.
UConn Connects Mentors meet with student mentees on a weekly basis to advise, guide, and support them as they navigate the university. Serving as a mentor requires attending a pre-semester training and enrollment in a 3 credit 120-hour internship course.
